If the merchandise has been substituted or does not match the original product, quantity, length, texture, color, specifications, or identifying characteristics, the return may be rejected and no voluntary refund will be issued, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If JAZZWIGS verifies that an incorrect product was shipped or confirms a genuine product-quality issue, the 8% restocking fee will not be charged.
