Q: Can I order only one bundle as a sample?
A: Yes. You can order one sample bundle, mix different lengths, or place a larger wholesale order directly online.
Q: Do you offer bulk order pricing?
A: Yes. For larger quantities, salon supply, repeat wholesale orders, or private label orders, please contact us for customized wholesale support.
Q: Can I mix different lengths in one order?
A: Yes. You can mix different lengths based on your needs, such as 18", 20", 22", 24", 26", 28", 30", or longer lengths when available.

A: Raw Vietnamese Hair is high-quality human hair collected and processed with minimal chemical treatment. It is known for its natural texture, durability, and coloring potential.
Q: How long does the hair last?
A: With proper care, our raw hair can last a long time. Many customers use high-quality raw hair for extended wear, especially when the hair is washed, conditioned, and handled properly.
Q: Does the hair shed or tangle?
A: Minimal shedding and tangling may occur with normal use. Proper care, gentle brushing, regular conditioning, and avoiding excessive heat or harsh chemicals can help maintain the hair.
Coloring & Bleaching
Q: Can Raw Vietnamese Hair be bleached to #613 blonde?
A: Yes. Our Raw Vietnamese Hair can be professionally bleached and colored up to #613 blonde. We recommend professional coloring for the best result.
Q: Can all hair products be bleached to #613?
A: No. Bleaching results depend on the hair origin, quality level, and product type. Some virgin hair or processed hair may only color to darker blonde or brown shades.
Q: Do you recommend coloring the hair at home?
A: We recommend professional coloring, especially for bleaching, custom color, or #613 blonde results. Improper coloring may damage the hair and affect the final result.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does it take to prepare my order?
A: In-stock hair orders are usually prepared within 24–48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Custom wigs, custom color, special order products, or large wholesale orders may require additional preparation time.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: FedEx / DHL / UPS or other reliable express shipping services usually take 2–4 business days after dispatch for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, and most European countries. Other countries or remote areas may take approximately 3–6 business days.
Q: Do you provide tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number by email, WhatsApp, or the contact method used for your order.
Q: Who pays import duties, taxes, or customs fees?
A: Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or destination-country charges are paid by the receiver according to their country’s import rules.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return hair products?
A: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unaltered hair in original packaging only. Installed, washed, dyed, bleached, cut, customized, or altered hair is final sale.
Q: What items are final sale?
A: Installed, cut, glued, washed, conditioned, heat-styled, dyed, bleached, trimmed, customized, colored, clearance, gift, and sample products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: For approved non-quality returns, an 8% restocking fee will be deducted from the product amount. Return shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Q: What should I do if I receive the wrong item or have a quality issue?
A: Please contact us first by email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos or videos. If we shipped the wrong item or there is a verified product quality issue, no restocking fee will be charged.

A: Yes. We support custom wigs based on texture, length, density, lace size, cap construction, hairline, color, and other requested details when available.
Q: Do you offer private label service?
