Shipment and Delivery
Standard Shipping Policy:
(a) Regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Typically, we process orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays. This processing time spans up to three business days. For instance, if you place an order on Monday, we will ship your order between Tuesday and Thursday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
(b) We strive to deliver your hair products promptly. However, please refrain from placing an order if you require delivery within 72 hours. For those planning hair installations, we recommend allowing at least a two-week buffer period to mitigate any unexpected delays.
Confirmation of Order Information:

Please be aware that if the address provided in your order is inaccurate or incomplete, or if there are unverified details, it may result in a delay of 1-2 business days. We highly encourage all customers to carefully review their order information, particularly the delivery address and phone number.

P.O. Box / APO / FPO addresses are not accepted. Please ensure you provide an accurate physical address for delivery.

If you have any special instructions or notes for your order, we will confirm them with you first. However, this may cause a delay of 1-2 days in processing your order.
About Express Delivery and Shipping Time:
Typically, we utilize FedEx, DHL and TNT Express for shipping. When placing your order, please select the most suitable express delivery option based on your preferences and requirements.
For most European and North American countries, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, and the Netherlands, we offer free shipping. The standard shipping time for these regions is approximately 4-7 business days.
International Customers:
a) Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the customs department of your country upon arrival. The recipient of the order is considered the importer of record and is responsible for all import costs as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country. JAZZWIGS does not assess or collect customs duties and taxes, nor do we provide information regarding these charges. Customs policies vary by country, so if you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.
b) JAZZWIGS is not liable for customs fees, and these fees will not be refunded. Any government-imposed charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
About Order Address Issues:
a) It is the responsibility of all customers to ensure that accurate information is provided for both billing and shipping addresses when placing an order. While we will consider address or order change requests, we cannot guarantee them. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to our warehouse, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred. Please note that no refund will be issued for abandoned or unclaimed shipments.
b) If your order is cancelled by our team due to an incorrectly filled address, and it is too late to make changes, you can return the order to us once you receive it. For details on the return process, please refer to our return policy. In such cases, we can only wait for the parcel to be returned to our warehouse. Once we have confirmed its return, we can either ship it to your correct address or refund the order amount to you.
c) In the event that you choose not to pay customs fees and your package is returned to us, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, and the shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
Parcel Tracking:
a) Upon dispatching your order, we will send you an email containing your tracking number along with relevant links for tracking. Please note that tracking numbers may take several hours to update. If you encounter any issues with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, we advise you to first contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Once the package has left our shipping facility, you may need to liaise with the courier to resolve certain issues.
b) If you have experienced any instances of lost or stolen packages in the past, we recommend having your packages delivered to your work address to ensure their safe receipt.
Precautions:
a) Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
b) Please note that special instructions for mail delivery will not be displayed on the shipping label or package. If you have specific instructions, we recommend contacting your post office or postal staff directly. We cannot be held responsible for delivery errors arising from such instructions.
c) We shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by factors such as adverse weather conditions, carrier operational issues, incomplete addresses, delivery disruptions, customs delays, lost or stolen items, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information provided for shipments.
