What is the minimum order for custom paper gift bags for hair brands?
The minimum is 50 bags. Choose a pack option; quantity 1 in your cart means one complete selected pack, not one individual item.
Does the displayed price include my branding?
Yes. Logo customization is included in the displayed pack price. Send your artwork and preferred colors for confirmation before production.
How do the portrait and landscape bags differ?
The portrait bag is 36 cm tall and 26 cm wide. Landscape bags are available at 25 cm wide by 20 cm tall or 36 cm wide by 26 cm tall. Select the size that fits your products.
Are these outer shipping mailers?
No. These are branded paper shopping and gift bags. Parcels may need separate protective outer packaging for shipping.
How do I send my logo and approve the design?
Before placing your order, send your logo, required wording, colors, sizes and quantities to WhatsApp +1 385 576 7868. Use artwork you own or have permission to print. Carefully approve the final design and specifications before ordering; changes are not accepted after your confirmed custom order is placed.
How long does production take?
Production normally takes 3–6 business days after design approval and payment. Shipping time is additional. Contact us before ordering if you have a launch deadline.
How long does delivery take, and who pays customs charges?
These transit estimates apply to packaging shipped together with JAZZWIGS hair, not to standalone packaging delivery. Estimated transit after dispatch: United States, United Kingdom and Canada 2–4 business days; EU countries, including France, Ireland and the Netherlands, 4–8 business days; other destinations 3–6 business days. Transit estimates are not guaranteed. Local import duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility; we assist with required shipping documents.
Can I buy custom packaging or accessories for standalone delivery?
This custom branding service supports your JAZZWIGS hair orders. Initially, around half or more of your custom items are kept in our warehouse. This is an approximate storage allocation, not an exact split of the pieces you purchase. You may leave all items with us. We use your stored items gradually with future hair orders until finished; there is no ongoing minimum stock or requirement to buy replacements. Custom items ship only with JAZZWIGS hair orders, not separately.
Can you use my branded packaging for dropshipping?
Yes. Contact us to arrange branded packing for your JAZZWIGS hair orders. Packing labor is free. Packaging products and shipping are paid separately. If you have prepaid packaging stored with us, we confirm available stock and include the packaging used in each parcel when calculating shipping; you do not buy that same packaging again.
Can I change, cancel, return or exchange a custom order?
Please carefully check and approve your logo, spelling, artwork, colors, sizes and quantities before placing your order. Once your confirmed custom order is placed, changes and cancellations are not accepted. Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
