15-Day Return and Exchange Policy
Return Conditions:
For a return or exchange, the wig/hair must be in its original condition – with uncut, Unwashed hair,unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Wigs, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used wigs for return.
Return Process:
For any product issues, contact us within 48 hours with photographic or video evidence. Contact our customer service team for guidance.
Unauthorized returns without prior contact will not be accepted for refund.
The seller will provide the buyer with the designated warehouse address and the specified courier company for the return. The buyer should contact the courier to arrange the return shipment.
Due to the high cost of freight for cash-on-delivery shipments, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please do not send the package with cash-on-delivery, as the seller will not accept such shipments.
Please note: If the buyer sends to an incorrect address, any costs and losses incurred will be entirely borne by the buyer.

Expedited Shipping:
We ship via DHL, FedEx, or equivalent expedited services, based on your location. Delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days, with some European countries requiring 7-10 business days.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses:
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO). Please provide a physical address for your order.
Package Tracking:
