We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are unused, unaltered and in their original packaging.

Not eligible for return or exchange:
– Hair that has been installed, cut, glued, washed/conditioned, heat-styled, dyed/bleached or trimmed
– Items with removed tags/ties, missing accessories or damaged packaging
– Customized products (size, length, density, color, hairline, root tint, etc.) and all colored/dyed hair
– Clearance items, gifts and sample products

How to start a return:
– Within 48 hours of delivery, email service@jazzwigs.com with your order number
– Attach clear photos or videos showing the item’s condition
– Wait for our return approval and address (unauthorized or COD returns will be refused)

Fees & shipping:
– For non-quality reasons (change of mind, wrong size/length/model), an 8% restocking fee is deducted from the product amount
– Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping, duties and customs are paid by the buyer
– If it is our mistake or a verified product defect, we charge no restocking fee and can offer a full refund including original shipping or a free replacement (we cover shipping costs)

Processing & delivery time:
– In-stock orders ship within 24–48 hours; custom products need 1–3 business days to make
– FedEx / DHL delivery is usually 3–5 business days to the USA, Canada, UK and most European countries
– Duties and taxes are paid by the receiver according to local customs rules

Payment security:
– All orders go through payment security and seller protection checks (for example, PayPal seller protection).
– We do not ship orders that are flagged as high-risk or not eligible for seller protection. Such transactions may be cancelled and processed through the original payment method according to the payment provider’s policies.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received, or if there is any issue with your order, please contact us first at service@jazzwigs.com or via WhatsApp chat. We usually resolve issues within 48 hours.
