Custom-order policy
Custom-made tags are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please check spelling, contact information and the design carefully before approval. Contact us with photos if your order arrives damaged or differs from the approved design. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Production and delivery
Production normally takes 3–5 days after design confirmation. Estimated transit starts after dispatch:
- US, UK & Canada: 2–4 business days.
- EU countries: 4–8 business days, including France, Ireland and the Netherlands.
- Other countries: 3–6 business days.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Local customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are paid by the buyer.

Yes. Design assistance is free. Send your brand name, logo, wording and design ideas. You can also supply a clear image or finished artwork for us to prepare for printing. We confirm the design with you before production.
Can I use my own logo or picture?
Yes. Send your logo, image or print-ready artwork on WhatsApp at +1 385 576 7868 with your order number. Please use artwork you own or have permission to print. Clear, high-resolution files give us the best starting point.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 500 tags. Order in packs of 500 at the displayed price. New hair businesses, salons, hairstylists and resellers are welcome.
How long does production take?
Production normally takes 3–5 days after you approve the design and confirm the order details. Shipping time is additional. Contact us before ordering if you have a launch deadline.
