Single Drawn or Super Double Drawn: how do I choose?
Single Drawn — natural ends and everyday value. A natural mix of hair lengths creates softly tapered ends. This affordable option meets most everyday sew-in and wig-making needs.
Super Double Drawn (Selected Raw) — premium hair and fuller ends. We carefully select Raw Vietnamese hair with fewer short strands and a higher proportion of long strands. Compared with Single Drawn at the same length and lace size, this option contains approximately 14–18% more hair. Individual strands are slightly thicker, with a fuller finish and a light #613 blonde tone.
Choose Single Drawn if value is your priority. Choose Super Double Drawn (Selected Raw) if you have higher expectations of hair quality, fullness or more demanding toning and color work.
The 14–18% comparison applies to these two JAZZWIGS options, not to a standard wig-density percentage. Both use the same 5x5 HD lace base and Body Wave texture. Single Drawn is available in 12–22 inches; Super Double Drawn in 12–20 inches.
Can I tone or recolor this #613 closure?
Selected Raw SDD is our recommended upgrade for more demanding color work. Both options are already lightened to #613. Ask a professional colorist to strand-test before toning or depositing color; additional bleach can weaken the hair and knots. Lighting, screens and individual hair batches can affect the blonde tone.
How do I measure Body Wave closure hair?
The 5x5 measurement describes the lace base, not hair length. Gently straighten the wave and measure the hair from the back edge of the lace base to the ends. Do not include the lace base in the hair-length measurement.
Does #613 Body Wave hair tangle?
This hair is tangle-resistant with proper care. Detangle gently from the ends upward, condition the lengths regularly and limit friction. Use moderate heat and heat protectant to help keep the blonde hair smooth.
Care for long-term reuse
Wash gently, avoid tugging at the knots and protect the hair with silk or satin at night. Allow it to dry before storage. Handle the fine lace carefully during installation and adhesive removal. Inspect the closure before cutting, coloring or installing it.

Natural-looking HD lace
Premium, ultra-thin mesh blends closely against skin. Small knots create a finer-looking part and hairline with less visible bulk.

HD lace questions, answered
What is the difference between SD and SDD?
SD (Single Drawn) has mixed hair lengths for naturally tapered ends. SDD (Super Double Drawn) has more strands close to the selected length for fuller, more even ends. Both use the same 5×5 HD lace base and #613 Body Wave texture. These terms describe end fullness, not wig density percentages.
Is this genuine HD lace?
Yes. Our premium HD lace uses ultra-thin, fine mesh for a light, natural-looking blend. It is not standard transparent or brown lace.
Will the hairline and part look natural?
Fine HD mesh and small knots help create a realistic scalp and hairline. Your stylist can trim and customize the lace for the best blend with your skin tone.
Are the knots small?
Yes. Small knots reduce visible dots along the part. Ask your stylist whether further customization is needed; avoid excessive plucking or bleaching.
Is HD lace lightweight and comfortable?
Yes. The thin, breathable mesh feels light without a bulky base. Gentle installation, low tension and suitable adhesive help keep it comfortable.
Which lace size should I choose?
Choose 2×6 for a narrow center part; 5×5–7×7 for more parting space; or 13×4/13×6 for wider hairline coverage. See “Compare lace sizes” above.
What is included? Can I mix lengths?
Quantity 1 is one lace closure or frontal; bundles are separate. Choose a length from the dropdown, or use “Shop multiple lengths” to order several together.
How long does it last?
The hair can last 4+ years with proper care. Coloring, heat, wear and maintenance affect longevity. Fine HD lace is delicate and may need replacing sooner; reuse only while the hair and lace remain in good condition.
Can I dye or heat-style it?
#613 blonde is already lightened. Ask a professional to strand-test before toning or depositing color. Further bleach can weaken the hair and knots. Use moderate heat, heat protectant and gentle, color-safe care.
